dingo den volunteering
Where passion finds purpose
If you love animals and native conservation, volunteering with us will link your passion with our purpose.
Our mandate is to save the lives of dingoes, empower wildlife carers, and prevent the extinction of Australia's vulnerable fauna and flora.
We know that everyone has talents and abilities that can help an important mandate like ours so we have outlined six areas that you can get involved in. These six areas, known as pillars, enable Dingo Den Animal Rescue to fulfil its mandate.

Education and Advocacy
Orientations for first time volunteers are held once a month at 8.30am on the same day as our working bees. Keep the next working bee date free so you can become part of our team!
volunteer working Bees
Our Sanctuary Working Bees are a great opportunity for volunteers to bring their family and friends to meet our dingoes and help build our life saving Dingo Sanctuary.
Working Bees are held on the first Saturday of the month from 9am - 3:30pm and typically involve gardening, landscaping, cleaning, and special construction projects.
Dingo Walks & Playtime
Working Bee volunteers are welcome to participate in some playtime and bush walks with our dingoes during our working bee. This is everyone's favourite activity and provides a great education about dingoes and their role in the ecosystem, and also gives you an insight as to what's involved in dingo care.
